Returns & Refunds policy
General Returns and Refunds:
Due to the nature of our digital products, NO returns or refunds will be issued in the following cases:
a. Our products are downloadable, which means they can be duplicated. Since we cannot control or verify how a customer uses the downloaded copy, we cannot accept returns.
b. Digital products cannot be returned to the company, as they are not physical items but electronic files.
c. The digital product purchased is identical for all customers and orders, so there is no variation in the content.
Returns Due to Dissatisfaction:
In the event of dissatisfaction with the product, the customer must provide a detailed and compelling explanation of at least 5 specific aspects justifying their dissatisfaction in any of the following areas:
a. Quality of the information in the purchased product. b. Quality of writing. c. Quality of the formats and styles in which the product's information is presented. d. Quality of images.
To request a return based on dissatisfaction, the customer must send an email to our support team detailing the unsatisfactory aspects and providing solid arguments. We will process these requests on a case-by-case basis and evaluate whether it is possible to offer an appropriate solution.
Returns for Damaged or Poor-Quality Products:
If the digital product purchased is damaged, distorted, blurry, of poor visual quality, or if the audio in the files does not play correctly, the following conditions will apply:
a. The customer must report the issue within 7 business days of purchase, clearly specifying the reason for the return, for example, "damaged product" or "wrong product."
b. The customer must send the damaged file to the email address provided by the magazine and attach explicit images showing the error or distortion of the product.
Refund Process for Damaged Products:
If the above requirements are met, we will proceed with the refund as follows:
a. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
b. The refunded amount will be based on the original purchase price of the digital product.
c. The processing time for the refund will be up to 10 business days after receiving and verifying the information provided by the customer.
